Appointment Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened or may be required to reschedule depending on availability.
Refund Policy
Payments made for booked services are generally non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at the discretion of Toucche management.
Prepaid Packages
For prepaid services or packages:
- Sessions must be used within the validity period
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated
Medical Considerations
If a treatment is deemed unsuitable after consultation, Toucche may recommend an alternative service.
Service Changes
Toucche reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed and offered the next available appointment.
